Merchant Sign Up
Welcome!
Thank you for choosing Fluxis. This guide walks you through creating your account, securing it with two-factor authentication, and choosing how you want to accept payments—via the Dashboard or by integrating our API.
Learn more about Fluxis here.
Step 1: Create your Fluxis account
Sign up through the Fluxis Dashboard. Choose the environment that matches where you are working:
| Environment | Sign-up URL |
|---|---|
| Staging | https://dashboard.stgfluxis.us/signup |
| Production | https://dashboard.fluxis.us/signup |
Start in staging to explore the platform without affecting live payments. Production credentials and settlement are enabled after your integration is reviewed.
On the sign-up page you can:
- Continue with Google or GitHub
- Or register with email and password (first name, last name, email, password)
After registration, sign in to the dashboard. Fluxis provisions a default account and a default point of sales (cashier_fixed type) for your organization—reference currency ARS for Argentina, otherwise USD.
Step 2: Enable two-factor authentication
Before creating API keys or performing sensitive actions, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your collaborator account.
- In the dashboard, open the profile menu at the bottom-left (your name and avatar).
- Select Profile.
- Open the 2FA section.
- Enroll at least one method:
- Email OTP — one-time codes sent to your email
- TOTP — codes from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Passkey — WebAuthn / hardware or platform key
2FA is required to create API keys. If you plan to integrate via the REST API, complete this step before opening Developers → API Keys.
For enrollment details and supported methods, see Two-Factor Authentication.
Step 3: Choose your integration path
Once your account is created and 2FA is enabled, pick the path that matches how you want to use Fluxis:
Developer / API integration
Connect your backend or e-commerce stack to Fluxis. Create API keys, authenticate with the REST API, generate payment requests programmatically, and receive status updates via webhooks or polling.

Accept payments from the Dashboard
No code required. Use your default Point of Sale in the dashboard to create payment requests, display a static QR at your cashier, and track payments as they arrive.
What happens after sign-up?
Default account and POS
Your organization receives a default account and a cashier_fixed Point of Sale. You can start accepting payments from the dashboard immediately—no API setup required.
